It's Asthma Time!

I saw this at PGH (at night so the picture's pretty bad). "Hikahan na?" What the hell? And then I realized that the ugly phone receiver was representative of "C" in "Chikahan." Except it is so badly placed that it doesn't look like part of the sentence, and the crowded elements pull it away from the sentence.
